Kyle came to fix a concern with my relatively new gas insert and discovered a separate issue with the fan. Instead of rebooking another day, he addressed the concern immediately, which was time-consuming for him. He also took the time at the end to clean the glass and other parts, to make it look like it was just installed. I find customer service to be lacking in most industries these days, so a big thank you to Kyle and 669 heat for fantastic customer service.
