Called them got them to swap out a circuit board which was a 24 volt interface board that allowd thermostat to talk to furnace and heat pump. They system still didnt work, I suspected bad install, they tried to tell me I needed a furnace circuit board, theh ordered and installed it still didnt work, they said I also need a blower motor module, I said there is nothing wrong with the furnace board. They put the old furnace board back in and still said it needed a blower motor module, advised me to just call insurance due to original part damaged by water said whole furnace was bad. I got a new furnace installed still didnt work, guy from another company came in and re wired 24 volt interface board I originally had got them to replace and it all works. The company did reach out after and was willing to do what they could to make it right and correct the expirence. I will say that is a quality unlike most places. They do stand behind their work.

669 Heat technicians(Emilio Flamand and partner Kyle) were very professional and seamlessly installed the furnace, heat pump and needed ductwork as promised. They patiently answered all my questions. A follow up visit by a service technician has been promised in a day.
The company management and home comfort advisor 'had my back' to ensure appropriate equipment is installed.

I have had multiple issues with my heat pump malfunctioning since installation a year ago. I am not happy. Instead of ‘repairing a lemon’ I am insisting on replacing the unit.

The experience was, we'll first words to old of a unit. Which I understand, now waiting for a second person to come for a quote on a new one. Overall the person was real nice. But like most things in life it never ends, so if it needs fixing just fix it, life's to short.

Excellent experience from start to finish. Joel was great during the initial home visit and took the time to explain everything clearly. Francis and Jack installed our new A/C unit today, on Canada Day, in the middle of this heat, and did an awesome job. The installation was clean and professional, and they walked me through the new thermostat before they left. Really impressed with the service and would highly recommend them.
