The guys were very friendly and very competent. They put our new Furnace and AC in and answered all of our questions. They even did a good job of cleaning up after the job. I highly recommend them! Thanks!

If I could leave 0 Stars i would. They came in, dint have the right parts, so I had to wait over 30 days with no heat again In November-December. And by the time they did it, I went almost half the winter without heat.
Then they dint place the heater the right way, it was facing my garage doors not the center of the garage. Which makes no sense. Their job looked bad and sloppy, and you could see outside from inside the garage, it wasnt insulated. So they had to come back and place the heater the right way and I insulated the holes myself.
Then they damaged two walls and the ceiling of my brand new garage. I was not happy. I had to call my drywaller to come fix the drywall he just did a week prior. Cause 669 heat damaged it.
Then Steve the manager put the blame on me for certain things (the customer and my dry waller). And he was so cheap and dint even offer me a discount for the damages and everything they put me through. I had to fight for a discount.
Then when the installer finally got the heater placed the right way, they left without telling me or showing me how to use it.
Steve the manager wasnt nice, the advisor dint know what he was talking about and the installer screwed up numerous times. They gave me a wrong quote. They were so cheap and rude. Very unprofessional and poor customer service. They lied and tried to put stuff on me. Never Again!

Had an emergency and 669 heat did a great job helping me while I was out of province! 5 stars for the help and how fast they got the heat going!

Nikki who took care of my huge NTI boiler issue was very helpful and kind. They are quick and organized. I highly recommend 669 heat as I’ve used them multiple times and will use them again! Sign up for their yearly maintenance package for 180$ and get 20% off your repairs.
Call them for more details and mention this post and recommend them to your friends and family to stick on their fridge incase of an emergency they are willing to go to your place anytime and they don’t charge after hours or emergency fees it’s always the same. Met Joel at the Show at Sudbury Arena. Very courteous, informative, and prompt to make a home visit. We bought an air filter to install on the furnace and a UV light with a 5" filter. Installers were pleasant, respectful of my home, knowledgeable. Only thing: a thousand lashes for forgetting to plug the hot water heater in before leaving...hubby doesn't like cold showers in the morning!🤪😂

Wei was just over for an AC spring maintenance . He was quick, clean, and professional. He offered some extra services based on the status of my equipment but he wasn't pushy about trying to sell me anything.
