The experience was, we'll first words to old of a unit. Which I understand, now waiting for a second person to come for a quote on a new one. Overall the person was real nice. But like most things in life it never ends, so if it needs fixing just fix it, life's to short.

Excellent experience from start to finish. Joel was great during the initial home visit and took the time to explain everything clearly. Francis and Jack installed our new A/C unit today, on Canada Day, in the middle of this heat, and did an awesome job. The installation was clean and professional, and they walked me through the new thermostat before they left. Really impressed with the service and would highly recommend them.

Nicolas D was very pleasant and knowledgeable. He went through the service step by step so that I could understand what was to be done to complete the inspection on my furnace. After completion he took the time to explain the final results and was very pleasant throughout the whole inspection. Definately a 5 star in my books and definitely recommended.

Work was carried out professionally, courtesy shown when interacting with me, kept me updated as to the progress, explained any questions and the system after installation. Left everything the way they found it, it was like they weren’t even there. Recommend for sure.

The guys were very friendly and very competent. They put our new Furnace and AC in and answered all of our questions. They even did a good job of cleaning up after the job. I highly recommend them! Thanks!

Nikki who took care of my huge NTI boiler issue was very helpful and kind. They are quick and organized. I highly recommend 669 heat as I’ve used them multiple times and will use them again! Sign up for their yearly maintenance package for 180$ and get 20% off your repairs.
Call them for more details and mention this post and recommend them to your friends and family to stick on their fridge incase of an emergency they are willing to go to your place anytime and they don’t charge after hours or emergency fees it’s always the same. This is u heard of . Thank you 669 heat. I didn’t need this issue with my boiler at this time but your help and kindness made it bearable. Sandra Verhoeven

Met Joel at the Show at Sudbury Arena. Very courteous, informative, and prompt to make a home visit. We bought an air filter to install on the furnace and a UV light with a 5" filter. Installers were pleasant, respectful of my home, knowledgeable. Only thing: a thousand lashes for forgetting to plug the hot water heater in before leaving...hubby doesn't like cold showers in the morning!🤪😂
