Nikki who took care of my huge NTI boiler issue was very helpful and kind. They are quick and organized. I highly recommend 669 heat as I’ve used them multiple times and will use them again! Sign up for their yearly maintenance package for 180$ and get 20% off your repairs.
Call them for more details and mention this post and recommend them to your friends and family to stick on their fridge incase of an emergency they are willing to go to your place anytime and they don’t charge after hours or emergency fees it’s always the same. Met Joel at the Show at Sudbury Arena. Very courteous, informative, and prompt to make a home visit. We bought an air filter to install on the furnace and a UV light with a 5" filter. Installers were pleasant, respectful of my home, knowledgeable. Only thing: a thousand lashes for forgetting to plug the hot water heater in before leaving...hubby doesn't like cold showers in the morning!🤪😂

Wei was just over for an AC spring maintenance . He was quick, clean, and professional. He offered some extra services based on the status of my equipment but he wasn't pushy about trying to sell me anything.

Just had a new gas water heater installed. Lisa was extremely helpful, explained all cost options and warranty then scheduled the appointment in a timely manner. Nicholas and his colleague were professional and respectful during the installation. I highly recommend this company. Thank you!
